  is onshore over 13mph\, but well worth it for a seaweed and kelp dive wit
 h plenty of life to see and a wreck if you swim a little further out.\n\nS
 ite is dived at the midway point between tides\, estimate is 3:15pm dive.\
 n\nJust north of Whitehaven\, turn off the A595 towards Lowca\, then left 
 down Foundry Road and off down to beach under a low railway bridge\, parki
