  is onshore over 13mph\, but well worth it for a seaweed and kelp dive wit
 h plenty of life to see and a wreck if you swim a little further out.\n\nS
 ite is dived at the midway point between tides\, meet at 10am to be in the
  water at 11am.\n\nJust north of Whitehaven\, turn off the A595 towards Lo
 wca\, then left down Foundry Road and off down to beach under a low railwa
